1. Do I need username / password to register ?

Answer:- Not yet. Simply set your goal and you are 'in'.

2. How does EmailGoals work ?

Answer:- EmailGoals is one of the best goals setting software available today. It's a web based application, you don't need to install any software on your computer. You need to have an email id to use EmailGoals. The following steps explains you how to use it :-

1. Enter your goal title, description and select goal completion date.

2. Select Recurrence pattern, daily or weekly.

3. Select Frequency of email reminders. If you select 1 hour, then you will receive your goal every one hour in your email till the goal completion date.

4. Enter your valid email id. This email id would be verified.

5. Check your email. You will receive a link which you need to click on to confirm and activate your goal.

6. Once the goal is activated, you will receive your immediately to you email, irrespective of the set frequency.

7. Now you will receive your goal reminders as per your set frequency.

3. Is my email Id safe ?

Answer:- We don't sell any email id or private details to any third party.

4. How many goals can I create ?

Answer:- You can create as many goals as you want.

5. Why do I need emailgoals ?

Answer:- Go to "But How" & "But Why" page for this answer.

6. Can anyone else see my goals ?

Answer:- No one else can see any of your goals. See our privacy policy.

7. How can I unsubscribe or remove my goal ?

Answer:- You can unsubscribe each goal individually. All the emails you get from emailgoals have unsubscribe link at the end of the email. Click on it and you will stop receiving and further reminders for that goal.

8. Will I receive my email goals on exact time ?

Answer:- Yes. Most of the time ! But there is a window period of + or - 15 minutes. Also if due to maintenance our server is down, there can be delay.
